Samsung Officeserv 7200 Station Groups forward to voicemail

So I know enough about samsung officeserv 7200 to be dangerous but our vendor has gone out of business and I just keep trying to maintain the system.

I have calls come into a SVMI-20E and it answers as an AA. Caller presses option 1 to which routes to ext 506. I have station groups setup. So lets say station group 506 has 4 phones in in it and they all ring just fine. However I have it setup for next port is 539 which is BI-VMS station group with all 4 VM ports in it. I would like these calls to go into mailbox 506, but it instead just gets the AA again and the callers loop unless someone answers the phone.

My problem I think is in the SVMI-20E but I am not really sure. This seems to be happening the same with all my station groups were calls never make it to voicemail. Only to the AA. When I have a call directed in the AA menu to the voicemail box at night those work just fine.

I figured out my own problem. So the issue was acctually in the modes screen for the voicemail. There are many options like DT and DS which need to point to Forward Trunk or Forward Station menus. That was in properly in place. Once I put those in place things started working as expected. I just wanted others to know if they found this post.
