Samsung Officeserv 7200 Night service.

Hi Wonder if anyone can Help.

We have an Office serve 7200 system with 2 x 2 isdn2e and 16 digital extensions.

I have the installation tool which i have programmed the system with.

What i need to do is setup night service to dial a mobile number after hours when an incoming call is received.

Could someone tell me if this is possible and gratefully how to set it up.

Set one of your virtual extensions e.g. 3501, to forward to 9 and the external number in 5.15.6, turn on intercom external forward in 5.14.6 and point the ddi to the virtual extension in 3.2.3 for whichever ring plan you are using for night service. You may also need to alter the external forward delay in 2.5.4
