Sample Config for 1721 Adsl Router / Isdn Failover

Hi,

I have recived a 1721 Adsl Router with Isdn failover and my Isp promised he would provide a sample config. This has not happened and I am desperate to get hold of a sample config to get me started.

Can anyone help.
