I have a very special situation that may require both sides of a VPN tunnel to have the same subnet. (192.168.1.xxx <- VPN Tunnel -> 192.168.1.xxx) Is this even possible?

Yes, this is possible. Use policy NAT so that:
192.168.1.xxx -> NAT -> 192.168.10.xxx <- VPN Tunnel -> 192.168.20.xxx -> NAT -> 192.168.1.xxx

Great! Thank you sooo much!!!! This will save a lot of heart ache!
