I have a user at work who logs on to two machines throughout the day. They have a personal desk, and sometimes cover the front desk. Both machines run the same version of Outlook, are on the same network, and go through the same Exchange server. When they log on at the front desk and check their e-mail items that are read will often show as unread at their personal desk. Also when sending an e-mail from the front desk, it creates an unfinished copy of that e-mail back at their personal desk. There are three other people who also have a personal desk, and work the front desk and have no issues.

Any ideas what could isolate that user and cause such a problem?

Just curious, but are you using the Microsoft Exchange Feature? Or are you using Internet Mail (POP3/IMAP)? What version of Outlook are you using?

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange. I realized last night when I went to bed that I most likely forgot to add which version of Outlook on the first post.
