Same Name In upper left hand Conner when printing.

It seems that I have 3 user that have been experiencing a problem when they print anything from word, email or out of the application that we user in our environment.
A name is set in the upper left hand Conner like a header but when I checked word there was no header set. We currently run office XP 2002 with all current service packs installed. Any help would be great.

Does your printer manager have a setting that puts a value on all printed pages?

For instance, hat happens if you print in Notepad?

Well after further investigating the problem I was able to figure out that the one application that we use leaves the name in context. Thanks for your help!
