Hi,

Could somebody please give me guidance on the following query.

I have recently set-up Exchange server for a small company. The issue we have the client application(outlook 2000) is receiving the same mail again and again and is marked unread. In basic forms a mail that has been read is received again and marked unread i.e. in Bold.

The same mail is not shown twice in Outlook, just once but unread.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Zal

Huh?

Who is it from? I'm confused. It might be a loop. Not sure if thats what you mean. Dan

Hi Dan,

Sorry for the confusion.

Its the email that is already in the Exchange storage box. Basically the same emails (yes whatever is in the storage box for the users), is sent to the client over and over again and is shown as unread in Outlook. In out look it does not show duplicates, when I move the emails to another folder from Inbox in Outlook, then that particular email(s) is/are not sent again from the Server.

Any thoughts... if I confused you even more.. then Im very sorry.

Thanks

Zal
