Same extension number

Hi for all panasonic people there, im using kx-ns500 and i have acustomer that he want to set the same extension number on his room and office. Can i do that...? I try alot but with the same message error: the same ext number is already exist..? Can any one heelp..?

You need a password levels "sales company" and a special programing.

Panasonic's tech support must turn on "Hotel numbering plan". That is duplicated extension number such as 10 and 100.

Is this hotel numbering plan feature require a ctivation key..? Please if it doesnt just tell me how can i do that..?

Set office extension number as "shered extension " of room exttension number. Both extesion works as room number.

In leading number section put the number twice like 11 and in additional number section keep it XX i.e if you want 1101 you have to put 11 in leading number and keep the additional number as XX, i think this will work..
