Salesforce to AVAYA CTI

I've been asked to be provide click to dial functionality via Salesforce. I'm reading threads about a CTI plugin for Salesforce, but can't seem to find anywhere to download it. Has anyone done any integration for this? I am a CM6.x site and do have AES Servers.

I saw that doc and it's exactly what I'm looking for, but it's lacking in the key info to get started.

you will need to liaise with Avaya or an Avaya Business Partner to arrange the software.
