Does your Salesforce.com need to be at a certain level for the softphone plugin to work? I keep getting an error saying that it can't connect to the Salesforce AppExchange. I have tried it with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome and the softphone doesn't even show up. In IE8, it tries to open then gives the error. The documentation is really poor.
