Salesforce.com on IP500

I have a client using salesforce.com and has an IP Office with 4.2 firmware. They want to do screen pops. Has anyone done this? Can you do this with the regular TAPI driver or do you need a CTI license. Or does it connect using a different approach?

I think they use the avaya tapi for it.

standard tapi will work or you can use the 3rd party license centralised TAPI

Salesforce.com has multiple levels to it, group, professional, enterprise and team. It depends what the customer is using, which could depend what you offer.

The 2 lower levels (group and professional) do not have a CTI connector to it, so it would need to be done through the HTML, (i.e. keystroke macros)

The higher levels do.
