Salesforce and Communicator for Web integration

Hi All,

I'm working with a customer that has Salesforce integrating with Communicator for Web and cannot get their PCs to connect to Communicator. My PC and a co-workers PC are working fine, so I a confident that One-X, IPO, onesna and Salesforce are all configured properly. Any thoughts?

We are also struggling to get this to work correctly - did you get yours resolved?

Communicator for Web will not dial although seems OK with the Salesforce

Do you have imported the root CA to your computer/browser ?
