Sales Order: Cannot ship, no line item saved

I'm having a problem in the Sales Order module in ACCPAC Pro Series 6.5. When creating an order that has more that 5 line items, an error is generated when trying to ship the order. The error is "Can't ship,...no line item saved." However, if you enter in the 5 items and save the order and enter more items and save to the order again, it allows the entire order to be shipped. Has anyone encounterd this problem before...please help.

This is may be an obvious replay, but:
Did you reindex SO files?

Yah I have reindexed all system and application files. The problem still exists.
