SAL Connection with AlarmTraq 1

I am trying to configure alarmtraq to connect to a site using a SAL connection. I followed the instructions on the webpage for a SAL connection at

http://www.alarmtraq.com/72/SALConnection.aspx

I can't figure out the Core URL. The documentation has it listed as an Avaya site but we use our own core concentrator in-house.

What URL should I use?

Use the same URL that you use to access SAL from your desktop. Try using the format:

"

https://hostname.domain.com/drmform/"

as the URL

Also, Make sure you enter the site SEID as format: (000)111-2222

Thank you so much, that worked like a charm! I was missing the "/" at the end of the URL. It is now working.

One last question, The connection takes about a minute and a half before I get connected to the CM server. Is it supposed to take so long?
