is there anyway to recover sage accpac 5.5a admin password? it has been forgotten?

Damn! If only I could be able to download a new SITE folder cause i do not have the installation files.

Damn! Guys, can some one please bail me out with the system manager download link or just the default site folder for accpac 5.5a. I have looked all over the internet and cannot seem to find anything

It would be a breach of our contracts with Sage to do that. Your Accpac business partner should have given you CDs, DVDs, or left the installer on your network somewhere.

I understand your stand. Thing is nothing was left behind by the uy who did the installation, I was not at the company. And this guy is not in my country at the moment and i know that the fool will ask for money. That is why i have been trying to get a solution on my own

Contact your local Sage support office. You can login to your Sage portal account and go search for the download, it is still available for partners so maybe it will be available for you.
The SM install file is 500MB - too large to simply upload somewhere.

And Sage issued CDs to every customer for version 5.5, you should have CDs somewhere.

Ettienne, these guys did not retain the CD's. But all I'm looking for is the SITE folder with the default password of admin and no users
