Sage 300 ERP 2012 License Activation

I'm trying to install the licenses for Sage 300 2012, but it keeps giving me an "Invalid Activation Code" error when I input the activation code that I retrieved from the sage customer portal. I've installed all product updates

They changed their website since the last time I upgraded Accpac, but I thought it was pretty clear. There is a list on the website with your serial number and activation code that you enter into the license manager, correct?

The only issue I had the last time we upgraded (currently on 56A) was that product update 1 changed the lanpak licensing and I had originally tried to install the license before installing PU1.

Is there something I'm missing? This should be pretty simple.

Double check your work. Is the company name correct, serial correct etc. Also did you install the correct series? (Premium/Advanced/Whatever)

Thank you, I figured it out.

Sage changed my client ID at some point since I last upgraded. I had entered my old one and didn't realize I had a new one.
