Want to install DrDOS7.03. Told I will need to use fdisk. Don't know about partitioning harddrive. Is it safe to try and install DrDOS?
OS is win2k pro.

Hi xlav,

I guess that the problem you have is that your W2K is installed in an NTFS partition, Dos can´t see them. Using fdisk will allow you to create a FAT partition that you can use to boot with w2k or dos. But, if you use fdisk you have to be aware that you will lose all the information stored in any partition that you delete. If you want to rearrange partitions i recommend you to use something like partition magic, and of course... be careful,

hope this helps,

Ricardo

Thanks, someone says it's better to install DrDOS on a new harddrive first and then install win2k.
