Safe recovery - 'Your login is not valid' error

Hi,

I recently ran the Safe Recovery option - I am able to login in
appropriately. However, some users are getting the error mesage that
jessiejc was getting - 'Your login is not valid'.

Strangely, the same user ids work from my workatation. I tried installing my BOMain.key, and .lsi files on the users' desktops, but that did not help.

Any help would be appreciated.

dsn name may not be available on the m/c, and if its available it might point to any other repository or database.
Just check this out.

Thanks for your reply.
The users are able to login using the eldts_sup login (which is the general supervisor).
However, their individual user level ids do not work and give the message - 'Your login is not valid'.

I am able to use the eldts_sup id as well as the individual login ids from my desk.
