Safe Mode for Servers?

I've installed something on my server that's really slowing it down/killed it. I can't log, it just pauses when applying my settings. Is there anyway I can get in to uninstall what I just installed? Thanks...

Yes, press F8 at startup to boot in safe mode then do an uninstall.
