SAC button/feature not working correctly

System Definity G3SI...The send call button was flickering on users phone when pressed and not activating. Phone was an old 8410D, swapped phone with a 6408D+. The same result, it would not take by pressing the designated button on phone or by the FAC code. Tried a busy and release of the station, still the SAC would not take?? System is programmed in Abrv. dial list on phone... Any ideas on what to check?

Has a coverage path been assigned to the extension? Send all Calls need to have a coveage path assigned in order to work

First thing to check is the Class of Service (COS) for the phone. To do this, use the command [red]DISPLAY COS[/red] in a GEDI or SAT session. Look for the "Call Fwd-All Calls" field and ensure that the assigned COS has a "y" in the corresponding box.

Thanks for the responses..It was in the coverage path...though a path was assigned, a change was made to the criteria under DND/SAC/Go to...all set now
