S8720 forgotten password

I have a S8720 that was returned to us and appears to have the default password changed. Is there any way for me to backdoor into this or factory default it without the current password so that I can test this unit to confirm if there is anything wrong with it?

re-image with a software install will install defaulted logins and passwords.
restore a security backup with known logins and passwords.
Call Avaya and pay for password resets.
