S8700 -problem with communication over network

Hello,
I have a problem with connect to our definity using ASA i get error:
Communications error: network connection failed
or
Communications error: Can not open communication channel. Please try again later.
We use ports:5011,5012,5023.
There are no alarms and warnings.
This problem is here last couple days.

Can you successfully ping the C-LAN and/or other IP address assigned to your PBX that sit on your subnet?

I can ping only C-LAN and MEDPRO.
I send this problem to local Avaya support center and they don't know how resolve this problem.

Try connecting to port 5023 to the ip address of the active server, make sure you have connected the servers to the network....
