Has anyone had this happen or know why this would have happened? The customer came in today and their time was off by exactly 12 hours.

Someone doesn't have ASA setup to synch with a local PC/Laptop that has time off by 12 hours do they?

Did you do a list hist?

Someone (manually) updated the time, processed the change in the PM, and didn't express the time in military style (2:00pm = should be entered as 14:00; was entered as 2:00 so the system read it as 2:00am).

Thanks to all. I did a list history and no one changed the time. Customer doesn't have ASA and we don't have anything synched to change the time. I will call Avaya TSO and I'll let you all know!

Is it a media server, or a Definity? If it's a media server, you won't see a time change in "list history". That is changed through the Maintenance Browser window. It would be very easy for someone to put something in as Susan mentioned.
