S8500 issue with 6424D+M download status

We have a 6424d+m phone that the display won't work. We changed it from a 6416d+m and the display was working before. When we status the station it says download pending. We have busied and released the station, but the display still won't work. What do we need to do to get the download status to change to complete?

I would suggest x porting the station and adding the same port back. This way the station will clear any remaining info that had not download and would retry again. Station downloads do not always retry when busied and released.
