S8400 does not see cabinet correctly or IPSI

I have dadmin login and can get init.
I have configure it for several cards, but when I try to test any of them, i.e. the C-Lan in slot 3 I get “01a03” EPN is not available.

Any clues?

That error means that CM can't see the cabinet. Most likely to CM not seeing the IPSI.
Have you programmed the IPSI with an IP, subnet mask and gateway. Or are you using DHCP?
Have you added the IPSI to CM with "add ipserver-interface x" so that CM knows about the IPSI.

I have added the IPSI to CM, but it says "Not available" I have loged in on services port of IPSI to confirm config and all is well. Any Suggestions?

Are the server and the IPSI in the same site?
Can you ping the IP address of the IPSI from the server?

Thanks, it seems the Processor was bad, swapped and all is well.
