I have an S8400 running R015x.02.1.016.4. Im trying to set up the internal IA770/CMM voicemail. I followed the book and have it mostly working. H.323 trunks are working, I can call from my phone and just hit # to log in so I know it's recognizing my extension that way. The problem is when I call another extension and it covers to voicemail, I get the "extension 0 0 0 0, please wait" message from the CMM. I'm sure I just missed something in AAR or whatever, but I'm to the banging my head on the wall stage and need some new eyes to look at things.

May need an entry for covering all extensions with mailboxes. The above example
covers 2000 - 2999 and 3000 - 3999.

That was it. Thank you.

I had programmed the trunk group according to the Avaya docs:

Go to page 3 of this form, and verify that the following fields are set as shown:
Field Setting
Send Name n
NCA-TSC Trunk Member 1
Send Calling Number y
Format private

that would work with "change private-numbering" and enter similar details for the stations.
