I have installed an S8300/G450 in site1 and an S8300LSP/G430

in site2.

stations connected to site1 work fine

gateways(G450 and G430) are registred.

the problem is:

when I make call between station in site1 and station in site2, station in site2 can't hear site1.
Please anyone have an idea ?

Note:
calls between stations in site1 are OK
calls between station in site2 are ok

all staions is the some network region ans some codec (G711MU and G711alw

Is there a route on your network between site 1 and site 2.
check your router config

not only check your routes, you need to make sure "UDP" traffic is also being passed, as the voice is axtually UDP data.

Check the default gateways on your DHCP Servers at both ends as well, make sure the IP Phones are being given the correct default gatway so they can "route" to the other side. Without a correct default gateway phones on each side will have no problem communicating to their own side's LAN IPs, but will not be able to communicate to the other subnet at the other location

I have made a right route
I can ping IP Phones between site1 and site2.

the problem When I make a call between the tow site, user from site1 can hear speech coming from site2 but user from site2 can't hear user from site1.

is there somthing to do in the G430.

the default gateway is the router in both site.

mant thanks

Yes, YOU can ping from a PC, doesn't answer the question if the IP phones have the correct DefGW. If you cannot administer the DHCP scope, then manually set ALL of the parameters on 1 IP phone on each side, and retest. If the manually set phones work, have your data people check the DHCP administration, you will find 1 side is miussing the defualt gateway being given out to the IP phones.

Sounds like to default gateway is not correct on 1 side, as it sure sounds like they don't have an IP return route.

Also you have not said if the phones are IP phones, or are analog/digital phones connected to the G430's via MM716/MM717 or MM711/MM712 circuit packs. I have been assuming you are using IP phones. If you are using digital phones, then you probably have an Default Gateway issue on a G430

The G430 also needs the proper default gateway as well
"ip default-gateway x.x.x.x" on each G430, don't forget to do a "copy running-config startup-config" to save the change. you can check each G430 via "show ip route"
