S8300E won't register 1

Customer has a CM 6.3, at their remote site they removed a 8300D and inserted a 8300E now the LSP won't register. MG is up and registered you can ping the LSP from the main site, reset the chasis. Not sure what to look at.

try a different IP for the LSP? Maybe the ssh keys/hostname/certificate/backend stuff is cached on the core to the old D blade?

Otherwise, usual stuff like sid/mid/serverID etc. NTP - SSL will fail if the date is off even if everything else is right. otherwise, /var/log/ecs on the main and see what's up with why it can't get connected.
