I am trying to connect an Intuity LX to an s8300 - (I know it has an internal Audix, but this is diabled) - but the integration is not working. I can dial the analogue station and the Audix answers, but does not read the extension number. I dial the Hunt Group, it is engaged. I have the correct settings on Page 2 of hunt groupp as I copied it from another switch.
DOes anyone know if this can be done or does the s8300 only looks into its internal Audix as I have enternal an IP address in the "Change Node-Name Audix" screen which is the address of the external LX. IS the machine getting confused and looking for an Internal Audix ??

It works, ive' done a few of them.. is your processor interface channel setup correctly??

can you give me some tips on the processor channels. I have set up "comm proc cha 59"

59: y audix s p 5002 intaud 0 1 1 1

change node-name audix:

intaud - 10.0.0.89

IP-Interface has the s8700 IP Address only.

Missing anything??

did you eventually sort this? I have the exact same problem

on the old pc console you were able to right click the mouse over the busy lamp field and it would bring up the directory details, having upgraded to softconsole 1.5.3 this feature no longer works. is it possible to use this feature on softconsole and if so where do you activate it
