S8300 VAL BOARD G700

When using Val manager application. I am trying to copy .wav files to the val on the S8300 G700 the error that I am getting is that the .wav file has the wrong companding mode for the switch. The file is Mu-Law and the switch is .

It is blank.

Has anyone ran into this problem before. Or would anyone know if I need to change a field in the switch.

Any help is greatfully appreciated.

if you right click the .wav file and select property, what do you get? It should be CCITT 8 bit mono.
