We configured one S8300 G700 as main and second S8300 G700 as LSP.
We have both S8300 in same network 10.40.20.xx/23 (connected over ethernet). We can access to main S8300 via WEB & SAT, but we can not access to S8300LSP over LAN (over service port it is ok). We can not access to S8300 even if we are connected directly to G700 witch contain S8300 LSP. If we connect to P330 console and ping S8300LSP we have no ping reply. We can ping all other modules except S8300LSP.
Any idea what is wrong?

verify the IP and port with your network group for the lsp.

IP & port is correct. We can not ping LSP from G700 p330 console witch contains S8300lsp.

Hi,
have you checked that default gateway on the S8300LSP is correct ?

Cheers

yes...we have checked all IP addresses and subnet mask addresses.

Silly question, but do you have a link light on the LSP's gateway?

Also is this a new install? Was the gateway recently powered down? Can you ping anything on the LAN from the LSP's gateway?

If not, try re-running configure server from the maintenance web interface. Don't change any settings, just keep clicking next until you get to the end and the server writes everything to the hard drive.

Just for clarification, that would be the Maintenance Web interface on the LSP
