s8100 not sending alarm notification

have a s8100 that is sending notification of an alarm but not syncing up with my alarmtraq. checked in sys para maint forms eveything looks fine.
any ideas welcome

take a look at the SNMP_Log in Alarmtraq. It should show the trap
