S101 speakerphone connected to 8410D phone

I have replaced the 2-wire digital port, the 1151A1 power supply, the phone and the S101 speakerphone and cannot get the S101 working connected to an 8410D phone. Any ideas ?

Did you replace the mounting cord with a rj 45 cord ( 4 pair)

It is a 4-pair cord already, but I should replace it. Maybe the white-brown pair(4)is bad. Thanks.

On the station form do you have it marked with 2-way speakerphone?

Does the S101 have the special RJ-45 cord with the blue plugs (not a regular RJ45)

Yes to both
