I'm new to this tool and would like to know the s/w required to develop and host flash applications.

Also I would like the know the sites using Flash.

You can download a trial version of the Flash application, used to build Flash movies, shown through the free Flash player here:

As for sites... Too many out there these days. You can catch many links to sites in this forum in individual threads, or just use a search engine and search for Flash sites!
