RVA + DISA ???

I don't think so. As far as I know the DISA number can only be accessed from an external call, not internal.
My thoughts would have been ot initiate a group hunt with an RVA welcome message then have a member with a hard divert to the DISA number, but I don't think this will work. Maybe you could send the call from the group back out and in to DISA, but that involves cost and is very messy.
