Runtime Setup!

I have been using the Package and Deployment of Access 2000 developer for quite some time with no problems.
All of a sudden I am getting an error message when trying to install on a user.
The application setup itself tells me the system is out of date and needs to be restarted. Restarting dose NO good, I get the same message.
If I try to setup Runtime only I get this:
Error 1308: Source file not found: D:\AppName\Runtime\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\Signer.dll.

Any suggestions????????

Could be a corrupted .dll file. Trying going to the MS download site and download that .dll file. It is looking for it so go get it and see if that fixes the problem.

Okay, I'll try that.
I had reloaded Office 2000 Premium and 2000 Developer and it did not fix it.
Hopefully that dll file will fix both problems. Will let you know.
