Runtime export report failed (zero lenght report file)

I am using
Windows 2000, Cr 8 sp1, Vb

I was designed a report and

CRViewer1.EnableExportButton = True

I am viewing a report no problem

I am pushing expert button

and choosing DestinationType,Export format, diskfile name vs.

and OK.
file is creating.

BUT FILE LENGHT IS ZERO

NOTE : I want use on crviewer expert button.

Thanks a lot. problem is solved.
But i am from turkey. And i am using turkish character set.

but not display turkish character in word document (creating crystal report export)
