Runtime error 4605 in Office XP

Hello gang,

I've got a PC runing Ofc XP and it's giving me a runtime error 4605 when I try to to open a Word template. I've found the error on Microsoft.com but all they offered was a work-around-- no solution. If you've had this issue before please let me know what your fix was...

Have you installed SP2 for OXP?

Everything I've read points to fixes in the SP.

Yeah, it started with SP1 and so we updated with SP2 and still are getting the error.
