Runtime Error 1004 running Excel Macro

We have a macro that is getting a runtime 1004 error when attempting to run. This error does not occur for Domain Admins and is only happening on one server. We have a 4 server Citrix farm and this macro runs fine on 3 of them. Therefore I am assuming it is a permissions problem in the file system or registry. Any ideas would be helpful.
