Runtime 2003 with previous version of Access

Sorry for the delay in responding. Taking a vacation is supposed to be a good thing, but always seems to result in a massive effort upon my return.
I don't think there is a way to keep the message from displaying, but haven't really checked it out.
And I actually have said yes to convert an older version to a newer version; never seemed to have any trouble.
