I have a labels report that shows the name of employees. I need to include a Running Total Fields for this Employee. When i do that the same employee is repeated a lot of times. Is posible to include a RTF in the details section?

Doesn't make sense to me, a Running Total shouldn't cause additional rows, unless you are referencing a field in a table that wasn't used otherwise, so the join took affect.

Anyway, what is this Running Total supposed to be doing? An RT can count, sum, avg, etc.

Post what you have and what you need rather than stating architecture and descriptions.

Post:

Crystal verison
Database/connectivity used
EXample data
Expected output

the RTF should count how many time this EmpID is in other table. a Count Functions. When i remove the RTF the data is shown correctly.

Sounds like you have multiple rows in the "other" table.

At any rate, your posts are too skimpy to glean anything meaningful from, obviously you don't want to put effort into thjis and post technical information and I'm not the sort to beg you to.

Good luck.

This is sample, we get a relation one to many and we need to show data fron the parent table and a RTF showin how many time this partent record is in the chilt table. All this in the Details Sections.

Is not understandable?

If they're labels, group by the entity and place the fields in the group and suppress the details.

Once you introduce the child table then the query changes (in some versions of Crystal, you won't even post that...).

Were you to post what was requested, it would have been understandable to begin with, and since you still refuse to even post the crystal version or database being used, the possibilites vary.

Once you've posted this perhaps someone will further assist you.
