If you right-click in the right pane while at the directory level, you can schedule a new task which will read something like McAfee AVERT Stinger 2.2.4 for the software and On-Demand Scan for task type. If this is not in the Scheduled Task list then you need to check in the NAP file in repository. Here is the link for the EPO 3.X download:
Assuming you have checked in your NAP file and your *.z package file correctly you should have be able to create a new task for stinger. This is a demand scan task which you can schedule to run when you want. The settings available are switches to control the stinger as you would at a local pc.
