Running Norstar Manager 3.1 on Windows XP

Does anyone know how to get Norstar Manager 3.1 to run on Windows XP? I have tried running the program in compatability mode but have not had any success. The setup program seems to work fine but when I try to run wnors3.exe I get a system error that says "Divide By Zero or Overflow Error.

I believe you should be running version 3.5.
The most current version of Norstar Manager shipped with Norstar Remote Utilities 9.1
