running eVB 3.0 on windows Mobile 2003

Hi all,

I think a eVB 3.0 program can be run on a Windows Mobile 2003 platform if a .cab file is downloaded to the Pocket PC first. Now the question is, can I posiibly run the eVB 3.0 program on a Windows Mobile 2003 Emulator from SDK, if so, how?

I believe that you need to move up to EVC++4.0 or VS.NET. I don't think that Windows Mobile 2003 supports applications that are written in EVB3.0
