I have an application that I have to manually start and minimize into the task bar on the server each day.... is there a way I can make this a service? I seem to remember that we used to be able to do this in NT 3.51 but has been TOO long ago... Thanks.

Check the NT4 resource kit, there's a tool called srvany.exe
You can use it to create services from plain .Exe files Peter Van Eeckhoutte
