Can I set a command button that will populate a query parameter value box? And How???

Thanks in advance

Simply have the query reference a textbox in the form.

Hope This Helps, PH.

How do you have a querry reference a text box and with ten different choices would I have to build a new query for each of the parameters. I would prefer to have a command button simply tell the existing query what parameter to use. That would save me a tremendous amount of effort.

Thank you for the time!

Simply have the query reference a control in the form:
[Forms]![Name of mainform]![name of control]

with ten different choices
Use a combo as parameter control in the form.
