RUNNING A EXE PROGRAM, GETTING AN OUTPUT TO A FILE.....

HI THERE,
I AM TRYING TO RUN A PROGRAM WITH SHELL AND GET THE OUTPUT TO A TXT FILE BUT I AM GETTING AN ERROR.
ANY IDEAS???

I AM USING:

Private Sub cmdgetuser_Click()

Call ShellWait("j:\sample.exe > c:\file.txt&quot

End Sub


IT RUNS WITHOUT "> C:FILE.TXT" . ANY HELP WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED.

Win9X
--------------------------
Call ShellWait("command.com /c j:\sample.exe > c:\file.txt&quot
