I am running a w2k domain server with exchange and I have email addresses for that domain. My question is how can I have different email addresses for my 2nd website which I am hosting on my domain? The 2nd website is a different domain name then the domain so how can I set it up so that I can have the first domain and the second website which is the second domain name to come in on my exchange box?

using exchange system manager, click recipients and recipient policies. right click the "default policy" in the right pane and select properties. click the "email address" tab and add the second domain. use the same format as your first domain. click ok and right click the "default policy" and select apply now.
of course you need to also do all the dns stuff for mail routing (a, mx and etc)
