run tracert

I am interest in knowing if a tracert with text field value from a swf can work, displaying the info back into a text box? If it can what the theory for instigating, with MX actionScript, the tracert dos command.

Thanks, i searched on google for info but to no avail, any references would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced!
