Run ISINTEG after offline defrag?

I am planning to run offline defrag on the Exchange database. I was wondering whether one would routinely run isinteg.exe after the defrag is done. If so - any estimate of how long does it take for the isinteg.exe to run on a ~10Gig database?

There's no need to run ISINTEG after a defrag. ISINTEG is only used when you have integrity errors in the database.
